This book talks about the democraty and foctry and there is a story of the Filipino solders who fought and died besid Americans on Bataan and Corregider in defens of the Philippines, and to their brothers in far East the billion inarticulate Orientals who are daring to lift their eyes toward the dazzling hope of freedom. The Filipinos believed in democracy and thought along republican lines even before the advent of America rule in the Philippines is shown by I- the constitution approved by the Philippine Republic in 1899.
